1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for all subscriptions, tokens, and services offered through the EfficaxOne Construction Commercial Support Platform ("Platform").
EfficaxOne provides digital, labour-based, and AI-assisted construction commercial support services. Because of the nature of these services, refunds are limited and granted only under the specific conditions detailed in this policy.
By using the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
All services delivered—whether through tokens, subscription access, remote operators, or AI tools—are professional outputs and therefore non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.
Refunds are not automatic and may be granted solely at the discretion of EfficaxOne unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Changes in project scope
- Internal pricing or budgeting disagreements within the client's organization
- Delays caused by external factors or client-side issues
- Differences in interpretation or preference
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds are offered for unused time.
3.2 Inactivity
Failure to use the Platform does not qualify for a refund.
4. Tokens (Service Credits)
EfficaxOne operates on a token-based system for measurement tasks, QS support, document processing, and operator-delivered services.
4.1 Token Purchases
- All token purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
- Tokens do not expire unless expressly defined within a subscription or service agreement.
4.2 Token Usage
- Tokens are deducted when a task is accepted for processing.
- Once a deliverable is provided, deducted tokens are generally not refundable, except under the specific quality-related conditions below.
5. Operator Mistake Refund Policy (14-Day Rule)
EfficaxOne is committed to accuracy and quality. If a client believes a delivered task contains a significant operator mistake, the following applies:
5.1 Mistake Reporting Window
- The mistake must be reported within 14 days from the date the deliverable was provided.
- Reports made after 14 days are not eligible for token refunds.
5.2 What Qualifies as a Significant Operator Mistake
Token refunds may be issued if EfficaxOne determines that the error meets one or more of these conditions:
- A substantial measurement error that materially affects quantities
- Clear omissions resulting from operator oversight
- Misinterpretation of instructions where client instructions were clear and complete
- Deliverables that materially fall below the quality standards set by EfficaxOne
5.3 Exclusions – What Does Not Qualify
Refunds will not be issued when the error stems from:
- Ambiguous, incomplete, or unclear client instructions
- Poor-quality or illegible drawings, documents, or specifications
- Scope changes made after the task was accepted
- Disagreements related to pricing, rate buildup, or commercial calculations
- Client misunderstanding or subjective dissatisfaction
5.4 Review and Outcome
When a mistake is reported:
- The Quality Assurance team conducts a formal review.
- Additional information may be requested from the client.
If a significant operator mistake is confirmed:
- EfficaxOne will either refund the tokens used or correct the task at no additional cost.
- The choice between correction or refund is at EfficaxOne's discretion.
6. AI-Assisted Outputs
AI tools support efficiency but may produce imperfect or probabilistic results.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Perceived AI inaccuracies
- Misinterpretations by users
- Decisions made solely on AI-generated output
Clients must verify AI suggestions with qualified professional judgment.
7. Project-Based Work
For project-based or custom engagement work:
- Deliverables (take-offs, BOQs, schedules, estimates, tender documents, administrative outputs) are non-refundable once delivered.
- If an internal issue is found after delivery, EfficaxOne will review and correct clear operator-caused mistakes as outlined in the 14-day rule.
- Refunds are never provided for commercial discrepancies or pricing disagreements.
8. Duplicate or Faulty Transactions
8.1 Duplicate Purchases
If tokens or subscriptions were purchased accidentally more than once, notify us within 24 hours.
We will investigate and determine refund eligibility.
8.2 Payment Errors
Billing errors caused by processing faults may be refunded once verified.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Delays caused by banks or payment processors are outside our control.
- We may request additional documentation to verify identity or validate the claim.
10. Abuse of Refund Requests
EfficaxOne reserves the right to:
- Deny refund requests suspected of manipulation or abuse
- Suspend accounts with repeated unfounded claims
- Restrict future access to the Platform in cases of fraud

12. Policy Changes
